compensation: $1000 TO $2000 + PER EVENT ( Commission OR $15/ Hr, whichever is greater, it's ALWAYS commission!) employment type: part-time Part time hours, FULL TIME PAY!! We are Hiring Part-Time Sales associates to work at events & festivals throughout the State of Ohio, everything from The Ohio State Fair ( closed this year) to Rib fests, Home shows, Boat shows, Balloon Festivals, etc.` GENEROUS COMMISSION & WEEKLY PAY!!! The fast paced environment of the event business creates an exciting atmosphere that changes from week to week. Event Salesperson: A successful candidate for the event sales role would play a key component in our company’s growth by actively engaging with potential customers at events and persuading them to schedule an appointment with our Event Sponsor. (Varies at each event) Responsibilities: · Attend marketing events as a spokesperson for our Event Sponsor. · Generate sales leads and appointments for our Event Sponsor. (Pay is $130 per appointment ranging from $1000-$2000 + per event with an average of 20-25 appointments depending upon duration of event) Requirements: · Must be available to work the weekends. · Have reliable transportation & willing to travel throughout Ohio, some overnight stays required. · Excellent communication skills. · Professional attitude yet politely agressive. · An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people . Sales or customer service experience preferred. As a Marketing/Sales Representative, you will help promote our Event Sponsor, usually camping or travel related, through arranging appointments for qualified potential membership purchasers, Though no two days are the same, you’ll have the opportunity to: Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend an appointment Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits Provide customer service to guests, including giving directions, maintaining updated information on local area attractions and special events, and maintain a courteous image.
