Mobile maintenance man needed
Genesen maintenance llc is a vendor for home owners associations in the valley, we provide janitorial and handyman services for these communities.
Job responsibilities will be cleaning, trash and debris pick up and general appearance of communities (not landscaping). The ability to complete minor handyman task i.e. fixing gates, painting graffiti ect.
You will travel around to multiple properties every day and perform set tasks outlined by management.
Candidate to be considered will have a valid AZ drivers license.
Vehicle is a plus, after probation period a work truck will be provided
All gas and vehicle insurance expenses are included.
Starting rate is $15-$17 an hour with opportunities to grow after a review period.
