I hope you don't mind posting here, but we have had a lot of success training painters from people leaving back of house positions, and I know many restaurants have closed their doors, or thinning out their workforce. We are super busy, and we know many of you are looking for new positions and new careers. We can help! We just really want great attitudes and people that want to make good money. Stick with me, I'll get back to the signing bonus in a minute. No previous skill or experience is required. Just a hunger to learn and a willingness to put in 100%. We actually just moved up one of our guys into a training and management role that came to us three years ago from an ad just like this. We paint primarily residential interiors, work M-F within the hours of 7 to 5. So, NO evening work and NO weekend work as a general rule. Most of our painters make over $26/hr. We offer health benefits after 60 days. And we just started offering paid vacation!! We provide all tools. Top leads are currently are making... $57k $59k $51k $53k $86k $71k $55k Avg= $62k/yr Must be able to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and be ready to work, and have a clean license. We have a full training plan, a compensation plan that rewards hard and smart work, and a relaxed work environment. NO MICRO-MANAGING!!! We have small teams (max of three, but only while you are training).
