Who We Are Looking For: We are currently seeking Crew Members or Crew Leaders: With excellent communication skills. Solid foundation repair. Landscaping. Concrete, and/or masonry experience. Leadership experience and skills. Highest paying in the city. Compensation Structure: Perks: Vehicle to ride in or drive (authorized drivers only.) (gas paid by the company). Base: Minimum Daily Pay pay (Higher for Crew Leaders). Bonus: $0-800 Monthly Bonus FOR EACH CREW MEMBER Based on Crew Performance (2x Higher for Crew Leaders). (Additional Rewards and Competitions).
