Hi my name is Sam! I was found locked in a park in Whiteville, NC until my foster parents came to pick me up in this crazy summer heat. Weighing in at just 33 lbs, I'm a sweet boy, Shepard mix, at the ripe age of 5-6 months. I'm great with other dogs (young and old) and haven't had interaction with cats, but at my checkup at the Vet's I was very sweet to them and wanted to meet! I'm no stranger to water (baths and pools) and when kids join in I have even more fun. Running around the yard is exciting, but being lazy in the AC is just as nice for me. I've had my Rabies vaccine (with tags) and my first round of Parvo shots. I've also already started my first months Flea, Tick, and Heart-worm prevention.
