Cleaning/Janitorial Supervisor
Veritas Cleaning Services, LLC is in search of an experienced Cleaning Supervisor.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Ensure area assigned is cleaned and stocked according to scope of cleaning.
2. Supervise by working alongside cleaning techs, delegating tasks, follow up to make sure tasks were completed with excellence. Re-direct cleaners if task was sub par.
3. Clean 60% and supervise 40%
4. Work 3 out of 4 weekends a month (closing shifts may go as late as 10pm but generally 6-8pm).
Your Qualifications:
Looking for a highly motivated individual who:
1. Has at least 2-4 years of Supervisor experience with good references to back up your experience.
2. Is a people person and motivates others to perform at their best (not using fear). Praises a lot, criticizes little.
3. Bilingual is a plus but not necessary. Must be proficient in English.
4. Integrity is important to you. Speak truth and own your mistakes (We all make them).
5. Willing to work 3 out of 4 weekends a month.
6. Willing to clean 60% and Supervise 40% of the time.
Your compensation:
1. Flexible work schedule
2. Paid vacation after 1 year.
3. $15-18 per hour, depending on your experience.
