Fix a lightly Sagging Floor - Licensed Contractor

I need a contractor to fix a Sagging Floor, it occurs in the middle of the leaving room. We have a sinking joist. A taut string stretched across the floor showed 2" deflection. We look to install temporary jack post and a support beam, then a permanent beams over new footing. Posts set should be upgraded to concrete pads with footings. Ready immediately. Will pay cash upon completion. We offer 700$ for the whole project which should not take more than 2-3 days. Thanks
