27-year old guitarist looking to start/join a band with other like-minded and similarly aged musicians. 1990s/early 2000s alternative rock and prog rock are my preferred genres (think Foo Fighters, Tool, Smashing Pumpkins, Coheed & Cambria), but I’m also fond of soft/pop rock or even indie rock. I’m pretty open minded when it comes to music, so if it sounds good to my ears then I’m always down to play it! I’m fine with playing covers in the beginning, but I would like to write originals at some point and maybe even gig once a month (not a dealbreaker though - I’m really just looking to have fun). The only issue is that I just moved back to Columbus, so I don’t really have a place to jam in my apartment :( Looking forward to hearing from you guys and gals - please reach out with questions if you’re interested!
