Keep interior and exterior buildings in clean and orderly condition. Scissor lift / Genie Boom operator preferred. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, wiping, sweeping, shoveling and painting a lot of surfaces, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning debris from sidewalk. Work starts Tuesday, 8/3/2021. Pay is $ 13.50 per hour.
