Carpenter - Plywood Sheathing Install

I have a house that has been set up to install plywood sheathing and ultimately siding. I need the sheathing done first for an inspection for sheer wall. I have all the materials at the site, just need some help getting the job done. It's about 3600 sq feet of ply wood on a 2 story building. I have scaffolding and pumpjacks set up already. The job is available immediately. This is not a one person job, and will need a few people together to do it. Let me know your experience, crew size and how long you think it would take. If you have a contractor's license, please send that along as well. The picture shows pumpjacks and the siding that was removed. Currently, it is down to shiplap around the entire building. I'm happy to receive a bid or to do it T&M, if T&M respond with your rates. We will be requiring you to sign a W9 form for payment.
