Tenants need help finalizing their move. There are things in the yard - much of it likely needs to be hauled away to dispose of. The rest needs to be moved to the tenants' new location. All of it needs to be done today. Tenants need to complete the move-out today to receive their deposit back or they'll lose their new housing. Payment is $800 if tenants are completely moved out today otherwise it's $600 if they're at least 90% moved out.
