Nola is a wonderful Black Mouth Cur, known for their courage, fearlessness, loyalty, protectiveness, and a good family dog. They are trained to herd cattle, hunt pigs, guard property, and do other tasks because they are very smart, utilitarian dogs. I've seen these puppies sell for upwards of $600. Nola is 8 months old, so it's the perfect time to start training. I love this dog, but I cannot keep her. It is a sad story. She has been spayed, chipped, and current on her vaccines. I have fed her only the best food, even making bone broth for her, which she gets daily. She needs a home with a confident, strong trainer who will work diligently with her. A place to run and play. She likes everyone and enjoys playing with other dogs. I know this sounds crazy, as she really needs a permanent home and I need to find one for her, but I'm just very concerned about the home she goes to and will need to "screen" so to speak, for her new home.
