The Delivery Driver/Customer Service Associate is responsible for catering aircraft and transporting meals, beverage, and equipment to assigned flights. They are in charge of providing excellent customer airline service. Must have the ability to follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact/communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary. New hires will receive a full benefits package and retention bonus after 90 days. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Drivers License • Ability to speak, read and understand English • Compliance with all work rules and regulations • Flexibility, able to react to changing priorities • Ability to communicate with Customers and Coworkers • No scheduling restrictions (able to work days, nights,weekends, and holidays) • Organizational skills and ability to work under extreme pressure • Able to pass a basic written test. • Able to pass a basic driving skills test. • Ability to handle dry ice • Must not be afraid of heights Our Employees Must Be Able to: • Work assigned schedule which may include multiple shifts, weekends and holidays • Work overtime when required. 1 Arrive to work on-time. Have perfect attendance in the last 3 months. • No EPR'S in the last 6 months • Pass a DOT Pre-Employment Physical test. • Pass a criminal background and an airport /TSA background check.
