Rehoming 2 year old fixed male brown spotted tabby bengal

I need to find a loving home for my 2 year old fixed male brown spotted tabby bengal… he is a total sweet heart and will snuggle you in your lap. It breaks my heart to part ways with him but I think he would be best in a home with no other cats as he doesn’t seem to like to share a litter box and will only use it when it’s been freshly cleaned and none of our other cats have used it. After trying to have a lot of litter boxes, trying to get different litters, and every attempt possible to get the issue resolved he will only use the litter boxes freshly cleaned without any other cat using it before him. This is why I’ve determined he would be best as the only cat in the house. He’s great with kids, sleeps with my 4 year old toddler and snuggles her. Just over all a wonderful cat… I hate to see him go but think he would be happier with no other cats. He is a purebred TICA registered bengal so there is a re-home fee for him but before asking me what the rehome fee is please know about this breed or do your research on them…
