Job description Plumber for the Raleigh hotel south Fallsburg NY 12779 Plumber needed for maintenance on the rooms at the Raleigh hotel Full Job Description Plumber Job Requirements: Previous residential service experience Diagnose plumbing challenges Perform repairs and replacement of plumbing parts, fixtures, and water heaters Manage quality and time on each job Skills Proven experience as a plumber and boiler technician 5+ years of experience in Plumbing Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly with a great deal of patience Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces Monday to Friday On call Overtime Weekend availability Must have a valid driver’s license and a car Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions Must be good with working alone, as well as work effectively with a team Go above and beyond with providing the best customer service Job Type: Full-time Pay: $650.00 - $1,000.00 per week
