Handyman needed for few jobs

1. Exhaust Fan in kitchen installed. Need to remove current cabinets and microwave...install exhaust fan and have it exhaust to outside of the house. A hole will need to be cut in the wall to exhaust outside. Wall is cinderblock/Brick material 2. Need to rewire sunshade on the outside deck, needs stronger clips and wire. The post and hooks are already up, just need to tension the need wire to the shade. If you have a tension wrench that would be great and easiest tool for this job. 3. Security cameras need to be electronically hardwired or hooked up electronically to the inside of the house. All the cameras are up in the area they need to be, just need them plugged in. Would like to get quote and begin work sometime this week. If planned correctly this can all be done in 1 day. I have the hood and the wire for the sunshade. Not sure of the materials needed for security camera but will get them when we discuss the job on site. Payment is cash after the job is done.
