Cat needing to be re-homed PLEASE HELP ME!

I am in desperate need of someone to rehome my gorgeous most lovable just over 3-year-old cat. She is fixed and had her shots a year ago but she is not getting along with my dog for the last 2 years and unfortunately spends most of her time in high places like on top of the fridge and that is just no life for her. She is extremely lovable and not skittish at all. She is very affectionate and good with other cats. I am also having a baby and have no place for the litter box so I cannot keep her even if I was able to rehome the dog (which I might have to do with the baby coming anyway). Really want her to go to a loving home as she is so precious to me I just unfortunately cannot keep her any longer. Although it would be nice to have a small rehoming donation, I am willing to give her to someone who will take her and love her the way she needs to be loved and her to be able enjoy life again (not just hiding and coming out at night when I put the dog to bed).
