Please ignore the moron post below written by a person who's obviously upset that they were charged a rehoming fee for a cat, and likely doesnt have the finances to care for the cats needs if they cant even pay a rehoming fee. There are MANY reasons charging at least a small rehoming fee is much safer for the animal than giving it away for free. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Please view photo of Craiglist terms about posting pets and why they advise against giving pets away for free. Charging a rehoming fee isnt about being greedy, it's about caring about the safety and wellbeing of the animal. Get your facts straight. If you can't afford a small rehoming fee or the animal is not worth a small fee to you, you arent the right person for the pet!
