Located in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida, Traditions is the creation of two of the most experienced herb teachers, Renee Crozier, RH(AHG) & Dr. Bob Linde, AP, DOM, RH(AHG). In addition to Western and Chinese clinical herbalism, Traditions offers classes and intensives involving medicinal and edible plants, history of plant medicine, herbal preparations, barefoot doctoring, metaphysical classes and the study of herbs in relation to spirituality. Acupuncture & Herbal Therapies was founded with the intention of healing and teaching. To spread awareness about herbal and Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the treatment of acupuncture; a simple yet effective remedy for pain and most other ailments. We also offer a discounted student clinic three nights per week to make our medicine accessible to everyone. More about Bob Linde, AP, RH(AHG) Bob Linde took a circuitous route to becoming a Registered Herbalist and Acupuncture Physician. His career changed many times. He has been a commercial lobster and conch diver, treasure hunter, sail and canoe instructor, wilderness youth counselor, long-line fisherman, infantryman in Desert Storm, and GreenPeace worker. Now, Bob is focused as the owner of Acupuncture & Herbal Therapies, a multi-practitioner/multimodality practice in St. Petersburg Florida, and the Co-Director of Traditions School of Herbal Studies. Bob designed the two-year Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Herbalist Training Program and supervises a weekly student clinic for both herbalists and acupuncturists in training. He also consults as a product developer for herbal product companies for humans and animals, and enjoys growing many medicinal herbs in his yard. He serves on the board of directors for the Florida State Oriental Medicine Association (FSOMA). Bob has presented at the FSOMA, Florida Herbal Conference, and the American Herbalist Guild conferences. He lectures regularly at colleges and organizations around the US. Bob is a member of many organizations related to herbalism, alternative medicine, and nature conservation. Bob is also an avid traveler and travel writer. He has lived in Europe and traveled to the Amazon, Galapagos, Yukon Territory, Caribbean, and throughout the US. Bob recently completed 12 episodes for INTI TV, “Sanaciones con Bob Linde”, an exploration of indigenous people’s herbal practices. He has also appeared on Animal Planet and a number of other tv shows.
