Free MonthlyChildbirth Classes at AllianceHealth Woodward taught by Registered Nurses and Internationally Certified Lactation Consultants. Monthly Childbirth Classes for expectant mothers at 28 weeks gestation or over. The class will cover nutrition, anatomy, medication options, breathing techniques, labor and delivery, c-sections, infant care, breastfeeding, and will include a tour of the birthing area and free lunch. This class is suggested for first time parents and is to be attended by the expectant mother and she may bring one guest. One on one childbirth education provided upon request.
