Breathing for relaxation can also help to improve concentration and assist students in adjusting to a new learning environment post COVID-19. Help your student to successfully manage wellness in the 2021-2022 academic year. Tamera is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified in Rehabilitation and Addiction Counseling, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher. She is certified in Yoga for Cancer and Yoga for 12 Step Recovery Y12SR.  She owns Wellness, Therapy, & Yoga and also provides life, wellness, and survivorship coaching.
