Compound Yellow side yard garden #244 Lake Street, Oak Park, IL 20304 September 10th, 5pm to 9pm Help support two organizations that promote community engagement through public art interventions in out of the usual places! $25 per ticket (one drink and refreshments) We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) experimental art space with curatorial focus in cultural production, sharing economies, participatory art, and interdisciplinary explorations. Comprised of a group of artists, curators, educators, parents and engaged citizens, Compound Yellow hosts exhibitions, interventions, performances, workshops, lectures, gatherings, and collective imagining. We want to celebrate a culture of sharing, connecting and collective action!
