Rock Returns to Dover 2021 series Join local Rock Band "Wreckless Child, Killer At Large and Bigfoot" for a three hour rocking concert. It is the most amazing experience ever and you get so much energy from the band and the audience. It will leaves you feeling good long after the concert is over. Nothing in the world is as good as live music, from local musicians you see around on the streets. Popular Questions: 1 What does the ticket include? Tickets are for the show. Due to current Covid requirements, we cannot have any VIP seating with tables. 2 Will dinner be available before the show? Yes, but not at the Strand. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the Strand, Third Street Grill literally next door, Asian, Thai, Mexican, and India are all within a 4-minute walk. Call ahead to inquire about current dining rules. 3 Will dancing be allowed? I am hoping it will be allowed. I am hoping vaccines will be available prior to this event. We will have to follow the current Covid requirements for open dance at that time. 4 Will we have to stay in our seats? No, you do not need to remain seated, anytime not in your seat, masks need to be worn. 5 What is the seating capacity? Max seating capacity is about 100 following current requirements, it could be less depending on the size of groups. Normal capacity is 196 + VIP seating on the dance floor if any. 6 Will there be a bar? Yes, the bar will be open. 7 Is parking available? The Strand does not have designated parking available. Do not park across the street in the Holy Rosary parking lot. Your car will be towed. Starting at 8 pm street parking is free. Parking is also available at the Train Station at the end of Third Street. It is about a 2-to-3-minute walk. The Strand, formerly The Strand Theater, is a non-profit multi arts and entertainment center. The Strand can host dance lessons and dances, ballet group recitals, comedians, burlesque shows, live theater, student music recitals, bands with original music and cover bands.
