Someone who knows what it takes to clean 6+ hours a day, and enjoys the satisfaction of a hard days work. But, if you have never cleaned professionally- now is a great time to start. We have all the systems in place. *Dependability: Our clients depend on us to show up on time and be presentable. Keeping a form of open communication is key for us. We are looking for someone we can count on to be there. Life happens and sometimes you can't make it in. Let us know how we can assist you whether car pooling, personal time off, or vacation. We want you to depend on us like we depend on you. We're all in this together. *Trustworthiness: Our clients trust us in their homes to be honest & respectful. A home is a sacred space & we understand the importance of that. No llama drama here! *Work Ethic: The great thing about cleaning is you don't have to have any prior experience. We have systems and training procedures in place to assist those with no experience which helps get everyone on the same page. The important quality is having a strong and great work ethic. Prior experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who can keep up & enjoys the fruits of hard work as much as we do! *Physical Fitness & Energy: Cleaning houses is physically demanding and quite the workout. It requires being on your feet all day, using both arms & hands. A lot of squats, bending over as well as loading & unloading supplies. Being physically fit is required for this position. A healthy diet and lifestyle are also traits we encourage with our co workers. *Attention to Details & Creativity/Style: Cleaning not only sanitizes & disinfects, it creates a beautiful environment and impacts our clients' lives for the better. Our clients love the details! Whether it is nicely fluffed pillows, wiped baseboards, cleaning behind the toilets! items organized from tall to short, removing objects from horizontal surfaces and wiping underneath and going the extra mile in cleaning. We are looking for someone who pays attention to the big picture as well as the small details some may overlook. *Vehicle/Updated Insurance: While our teams ride together most days… We still ask that our team members have reliable, legal transportation with auto insurance. *Compensation is $20-$25 depending on your cleaning experience. *Paid Training Time. *Paid weekly! *We will issue an interview and a background check. *Cleaner must be willing and available some weekends (Move Outs, Construction Clean Up, Deep Cleans…eat) *Hours are during the week from 8-5. Weekends available too! *Currently Part Time Only *This is a contractor position. *Masks inside home are required per clients request.
