Celebrate health and wellness as you nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Make new like-minded friends, deepen your yoga practice, and attend fun informative workshops from world renowned experts on the subjects of breathwork, chakras, meditation, mindfulness, and more. Reconnect with nature through outdoor recreation, such as kayaking, zip lining, horseback riding on the beach, and walks along the gentle surf.
