See the coolest science experiments ever with the Sub Zero Nitrogen ice Cream science presentation. The interactive presentation uses 321 degree below zero liquid nitrogen to turn air into a liquid. Make your own hypotheses on what will happen with a rose is put in liquid Nitrogen, and best of all taste the results when ice cream is frozen with super cold nitrogen. NOTE: samples limited, provided to ticket holders first.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION UPDATE as of June 29:
With the lifting of Washington State COVID-19 restrictions we are no longer required to limit capacity or provide added space for social distancing for our audiences, BUT with this event due to supply limits, tickets are still required in order to get ice cream.
When you arrive, please look for the ‘information tent’ to enter, where you can show your print out ticket or e-tickets on your phone.
Attendees that are unvaccinated are encouraged to wear face coverings and social distance from those outside their household. Those fully vaccinated (2 weeks past final dose) are not required to wear face coverings.
We ask everyone to please be considerate of other attendees and allow some space between groups as we return to gatherings and community events, as we want everyone to feel comfortable attending.
Stay home if you feel ill or experiencing any COVID symptoms.
