Take your practice to a new level with Alexandra's expert guidance. Join this group of 15 students for five days of dedicated Mysore practice and dive deeply into your practice. Accommodations, food and flights not included. Limited numbers due to COVID safety. Social distancing, mask-wearing in public gathering spaces and other COVID safety precautions will be enforced during the workshop. Non-Florida residents who wish to join should contact MLC management for travel approval. We also recommend always double-checking with official authorities before planning your next trip.
