Learn how to prepare less well-known Mexican dishes, including a delicate ceviche with fresh fish, a spice-rubbed grilled flatiron steak with mashed sweet potatoes, and a roasted squash and zucchini vegetable medley. The meal will finish with fried churros and a chocolate dipping sauce. At the end of class, you and your significant other can enjoy your culinary masterpiece at the dinner table and enjoy your plated meal with a glass of complimentary wine from our very own Degrees restaurant. Price is set per couple. Only one ticket is required per couple.
