Fight the Stigma Conference is for those who are ready to remove the stigma of mental health & illness! This conference is sure to give those who struggle with mental health and mental illness the will to keep fighting the good fight! Talk Sis strives to rewrite the narrative when it comes to addressing mental health issues that plague our communities by providing a safe space and outlet for like minded folks to be. This conference will provide resources and grounding of mental health techniques and access to professionals interested in aiding you on this journey. You will get to share stories with others who may be going through the same situations and empower one another to keep fighting. Refection activities will allow you the space to make connections on how you can implement things learned following the conference and how to stay connected to those aiding you in your journey. We will also have vendors, guest speakers, giveaways and more! Food and drink are included with your ticket purchase! Just a reminder, this is an in-person event. We will follow the safety guidelines of both the facility and the state. Extra precautions will be taken to ensure all participants are kept safe during your tenure with us!
