The class will bake the cheese of France, Brie, in puff pastry with strawberry compote, make the traditional Far Breton with raisins and Cognac, bake asparagus, potato and goat cheese omelets and top salmon on the traditional French Bread with Hollandaise. $59.   Schola is a result of Chefs Amy von Lange and Jerry Pellegrino's passion for not only cooking but for sharing their kitchen with others and teaching their craft in the process.
