As Ohio’s official Historic Preservation and Main Street organization, HERITAGE OHIO fosters economic development and sustainability through preservation of historic buildings, revitalization of downtowns and neighborhood commercial districts, and promotion of cultural tourism. HERITAGE OHIO has led the charge on many fronts helping to secure the continuation of both the State and Federal Historic Tax Credit programs. HERITAGE OHIO champions educating our state and federal legislators and local leadership. We support the industry by working to help create and promote effective financing tools like Downtown Redevelopment Districts, TMUD, PACE financing, Opportunity Zones that revitalize your communities across the state.
