Hands-on learning helps to make the process fun and accessible. Learn to make a pasta dough with perfect consistency, then roll, cut and seal the pasta into various shapes and sizes. The pasta will be stuffed with seasonal fillings and paired with different sauces. Class will practice with both the hand crank and KitchenAid pasta maker.
