Join us in making some delicious soups!
Soup weather will be upon us soon so get a head start on your recipes for this year! We will discuss the difference between stocks & broths and discuss how to make them. We will start with a few of our Schola favorites along with some new additions. Menu: Julia Child's Potato Leek Soup, New England Seafood Chowder, an Italian Chickpea and Tomato soup (you won't even know they are in there!), Chicken Tortilla Soup with handmade tortillas, and the classic comfort Broccoli Cheddar with Garlic Croutons.
Schola is a result of Chefs Amy von Lange and Jerry Pellegrino's passion for not only cooking but for sharing their kitchen with others and teaching their craft in the process. With over twenty-five years of experience between them, the classes they teach at Schola are hands-on, informative, intimate and fun.
