THIS IS NOT DEI, CRITICAL RACE THEORY, or CULTURAL SENSITIVITY Sampling Beyond DEI with Ronya-Lee Anderson and Stephen Clapp This full day event will take place on Wednesday, October 6 @ 10am-4pm We strongly believe that in order for an organization to effectively embody diversity and inclusion the leadership and staff must be committed to and be held accountable for ongoing work towards that end. This is where we come in. We commit to ongoing engagement with your organization, providing offerings that address the structures and practices in place that inhibit equitable work environments. We help to bridge the gaps between what an organization says it is (mission, values), what it is (practices, policies, systems) and what it wants to be (vision). We offer a leadership team who will partner with you over time to help you achieve your organization's cultural equity goals. To better acquaint you with our offerings before committing to taking the journey with us, we have designed a sampler crash course exclusively for organizational leadership and decision makers. The benefit to you and your organization is two fold: First, you will acquire additional cultural equity tools. Second, in 10 hours you will be able to experience first hand samples of our curriculum and approach, positioning you for a tailor made experience should you decide to move forward with our services. This “sampler” workshop has been specially designed for organizational decision makers interested in learning more about a comprehensive approach to this work, and how it could be applied to your organization.
