She can't wait to sing and dance along with you at this exclusive royal concert at the Havre de Grace Opera House. Don't forget to wear your favorite festive attire and bring your favorite thing-a-ma-bob to show her. You just might be invited onstage to be part of the show! The Arts Collective is a 501(c)(3) organization created to address the cultural and economic needs of Havre de Grace and the surrounding region.  The Arts Collective has several goals. First, to bring regional and national high caliber performances to The Cultural Center at the Opera House that engage and attract audiences.  Second, to further develop the Arts and Entertainment (A&E) District program of the State of Maryland attracting artists to live, work and play in Havre de Grace.  Third, to enhance the arts by serving as the umbrella organization for the Arts by The Bay Gallery, serving as a cooperative gallery and offering educational opportunities which nurture learning and creativity.
