Join us on August 18 or 19 for an Emilia-Romagna-style wine dinner featuring classic dishes (and some with a unique, modern twist!) Please note: The timing for this event will be based on your convenience, and the wine dinner menu will be available anytime between 4 – 8:30 p.m. Once you purchase your tickets, a member of our restaurant team will reach out to reserve a time slot that works for you on the evening of your dinner. Nestled between the Po River and the Apennines, Emilia-Romagna owes a great deal to the unique nature of its territory when it comes to explaining its rich culinary tradition, which is often revered as one of the finest in Italy. When it comes to ingredients, Emilia-Romagna’s track record is impressive: with more than 200 traditional products and 26 ingredients with geographically protected status, it is no wonder that the region is considered to be the gastronomic heart of Italy. Home to Modena, Bologna, and Parma, this region is known for having some of the best cuisines in all of Italy. Join us on August 18 or 19 for an Emilia-Romagna-style wine dinner featuring classic dishes (and some with a unique, modern twist!) from this diverse Italian region. Executive Chef Dan Bazzinotti and Senior Beverage Manager Gregg Guertin have worked together to develop an exquisite, multi-course menu that highlights vino indigenous to the region, as well as classic ingredients in both new and traditional dishes. Join us at Terra as we give you a tour of this elegant medieval region via some of our favorite dishes and paired vino.
