Body Alarm Fitness is all about making being fit fun! We are currently in the process of creating a promo video for our dance classes. We are looking for a few people to participate in a FREE dance class. This class will get your body working and burning fat! No experience is needed, just a willingness to learn and have fun! This class session will be recorded and used for our promo video. If you are interested in being on camera, getting a free workout, or trying something new, then this is the opportunity for you!
