Biking ain't just about legs! Learn about how to get your ankles, hips, core & shoulders all working together to create the most efficient and comfortable cycling experiences and training sessions. In this workshop we will be looking at:
- the mechanics of biking
- how to better build your foundation
- how the hip and core communicate
- how to fully connect in your biking
- how to reduce energy leakage
- how to train on a time crunch
- how to increase your endurance
- how to drastically cut your times
- how to avoid overuse injuries yet still train often
- the importance of a healthy balance of the ankles, hips, core, and shoulders
