3 y/o Pitbull/Lab needing loving new home

Unfortunately I need to find a new home for my best friend. I had a few unfortunate things come up in my life and had to move out of where I was living and had to take my dog with me. I had to find him a foster because I cannot have him where I am living now and the foster is now not working out. I am still searching for a place I can live and have him with me but the market right now is horrible. Here is a bit of information on my sweet boy, he is an almost 3 year old pit/lab mix. Quite possibly one of the sweetest boys you’ll ever meet. He know sit, stay, lay down, he is amazing with kids, good off leash in the right environment and potty trained. He really is an amazing smart dog. But he has a really hard time being left alone. His separation anxiety is definitely a lot. He needs someone that can be with him a lot of the time or someone that can train him in that sense. I’ve tried metal crates and he just hurts himself and escapes. He is also not dog friendly, he is very reactive when he sees another dog. He is very curious about cats and is rough with them so a home with no other animals would be ideal. He will not go to just anyone, he is my absolute best friend, i’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old and it breaks my heart to have to do this but I cannot provide him a good life right now, it’s not fair to him. I will also want an agreement where If I want to see him I can because this is one of the hardest things i’ve ever had to do and not seeing him would be very hard.
