I am in search of a blue parakeet or any hue of blue parrot or bird. There was a tragic accident with my daughters budgie and I would like to find her a companion to help with her grieving process. She is wonderful with birds and is the epitome of a bird person. I am looking for a rescue or even pay a reasonable rehoming fee. I am located inbetween yakima and tricities but will probably drive far for a suitable companion. Thank you for your time.
