Bring your family and friends to a fun-filled community cookout in support of Inwood Art Works' free summer programming. Inwood Art Works Community Cookout Saturday, August 21st. 12pm-2pm. $25 per person. Admission limited to 40 people. Back by popular demand! Last month's gathering sold out, and such a great time was had by all we're going to do it again! Come to an intimate community cookout in support of its free summer programming. Meet hip neighbors, schmooze with amazing local artists, and relax on one of the most beautiful back porches in all of Northern Manhattan. Chef Simms will be grilling home-made burgers and hot dogs. Plus enjoy tasty side dishes, desserts, and refreshing ice-cold beer and soft drinks. *Raindate: Saturday, September 4 - 12-2pm Inwood Art Works creates and curates professional performing and visual arts in Inwood and its surrounding community.  Through its Film Works (Inwood Film Festival, Film Works Alfresco), Art Works (Gallery), and Stage Works (Back Porch Show) programs it encourages positive social engagement, goodwill, and unity through live theater, music, dance, film, new media, and visual arts within accessible proximity at affordable prices or free of charge.
