Join Kate Dedlow and Natalie Lobue for a Breathwork + Sound Bath Workshop on a beautiful and spacious outdoor rooftop in Downtown Oakland. This workshop combines Breathwork with a Sound Bath including crystal singing bowls, Paiste planetary gongs, Acutonics tuning forks, chimes, and more for an absolutely blissful experience. Breathwork has the ability to reset the nervous system, illuminate the body, release old experiences, patterns and false beliefs, while creating space for depth and insight.
