This half-day small-group retreat will focus on disconnecting from distractions, finding balance, and unlocking energy in your daily life. We’ll work together - through time in nature, a yoga practice, meditation, and a creative exercise - to create space and heat through simple activities you can integrate into your own routine.
Start in Nature - San Marcos Preserve
Meet and greet at 3 Sun Yoga, pack up and head out for a gentle 1 hour walk.
Hike will be around 2.5 miles with mild elevation, little to no shade bluff trails, amazing mountain and ocean views - if it’s clear : )
Yoga on the Beach
Meet and assemble at Haskell’s Beach parking lot.
75 minute Healing Hatha Yoga class. Restorative yoga practice focusing on Balance and Breath. Includes pranayama and meditation.
Art on the Beach
The Art of Creation - Intro to Sketching Feelings. At Haskell's Beach.
An insightful and safe 45-minute art practice, using Sheila Darcey’s “Sketch Poetic” technique.
This creativity practice is for everyone. Absolutely no prior art experience required. All supplies will be provided.
