Spend 2 hours in a natural setting to restore your sense of well-being.
This is not a hike! We will walk approximately one-half of a mile in two hours at a slow pace. During the walk, we will be using our senses, be mostly silent and be attentive to our surroundings.
We will finish our experience together with a cup of tea and conversation.
