I am looking for a reliable, hard working person to assist in painting projects. Experience is preferred but not mandatory. If you show hard work and are willing to learn I will train you. This is a temporary part time job that could turn full time. 20-40 hours a week to start. Will pay $15/hr to try out and up to $25/hr depending on skills and experience. Laid back back environment and flexible schedules. Looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Duties will include: -Mask and prep for spraying -Use a brush and roller proficiently -Moving and working on ladders -Cleaning out brushes, rollers, and pumps -Loading and unloading supplies -Power washing I have been painting for 10 years and recently started my own company. I left my last company because respect and wages were not there. I try to run my company how I would like to have been treated. And will treat employees respectfully and give fair pay for hard work. Meaning if you do half the work and do it well, I will reward you with half the profit through raises and bonuses. Looking for someone to work a couple days the first week of August and all week the second week of August. depending on how that goes I will consider bringing them on full time.
