PLEASE READ COMPLETELY **CAREFULLY FOLLOW APPLICATION DIRECTIONS TO BE HIRED** IMMEDIATE OPENING — HOLIDAY BONUSES LISTED WEEKLY PAY WITH $100 BONUS AFTER FIRST 4 WEEKS (FIRST 4 PAYDAYS) REVIEW FOR RAISE AFTER FIRST 8 WEEKS (FIRST 8 PAYDAYS) - - - - - - - JOB DESCRIPTION: * Be trustworthy, dependable and honest * Post-hole digging for fencing and construction footings using manual digging tools * Cleaning and organization of warehouse items, materials, stock, tools and equipment * Gutter cleaning and maintenance * Weed-eating, hedge and tree trimming, limb removal, lawn-mowing (push and ride) * Trash and debris removal; Loading and unloading trash, bagging trash, unloading at landfill * Loading and unloading of tools, materials, and equipment to and from jobsites * Cleaning, maintenance, repair of certain trailers and vehicles * Sweeping, cleaning, wiping down, pressure-washing jobsites and surfaces * Cleaning, maintenance, organizing, and repair of certain tools and equipment * Setting up scaffolding, breaking down and setting up, moving * Various work performed from ladders, paint preparation, carpentry and repairs * Assist carpenters, tile setters, painters, and other team members * Concrete work and other physical and manual labor * Tasks and labor relating to exterior painting, carpentry, and renovation - - - - - - - WHO IS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE? * Has willingness and ability to work with hands together as a team and independently * Comes to work on-time and sober * Has positive attitude, follows directives from management and takes on challenges * Has basic knowledge of construction tools and materials * Has a driver's license and good driving record * Is able to lift, move and carry heavy items such as concrete, lumber, equipment, tile * Able to catch-on quickly, perform different tasks and also repetitive tasks from time to time * Able to work some weekends when needed - - - - - - - HOLIDAY BONUSES AND SCHEDULE: Christmas – 3 days off with $300 bonus paid week before Christmas (Off on Christmas eve, Christmas day, and day after) Thanksgiving — 3 days off with $100 bonus paid (Off day before Thanksgiving, day of Thanksgiving, and day after) New Years — 3 days off with $100 bonus paid (Off on NYE, NYD, and day after) Labor Day — 2 days off with $100 bonus paid (Off day of and day after) - - - - - - - WORK SCHEDULE: Typically MINIMUM of 30 hours per week and more during peak seasons — Weekly pay on Fridays. - - - - - - - INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLY: Step 1: Call and leave message with your full name and your phone number Step 2: Respond to this posting by email AND include in the email: * Your name * Your phone number * Your email address * Your past employer(s), experience, and/or resume and/or references
