Meeplefest is the premier annual board gaming gaming event run by The UAG in Phoenix, AZ. Welcome to Space Base M.E.E.P.L.E. We know it has been a long and difficult journey over the past 2 years, especially with that pesky virus that tried to destroy your home planet, but we hope you can enjoy the many amenities offered on Space Base M.E.E.P.L.E..These Include:-3 Full Days of Gaming from 12pm Friday Until 6 PM on Sunday. Yes, over 10 tables will be available at all times for open gaming. When does the gaming schedule open? First Week of October. Can I suggest a game to be run? Yes!, email us at [email protected] or hit us up on Facebook with your game suggestions and we will try to fit them into the schedule and have them available for play. What is the exact address? This convention is being run at a private residence near 43rd and Northern. Address will be provided once tickets are purchased. What about virus trying to destroy our home planet? While participating in events held or sponsored by The UAG consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19 when not vaccinated or if they are at high risk for Covid-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, the UAG recommends wearing a face mask if you are not vaccinated. The UAG cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. The UAG reserves the right to amend this policy if CDC guidelines are changed in the future. Can I bring my kids? Meeplefest is a family friendly event that caters to gamers of all ages. Parents are responsible for their children if they bring them along. There is a gate between the event space and a pool, but we are not responsible for watching kids around the pool area. The UAG is a Phoenix-Metro, AZ based tabletop board gaming club. We thrive by holding gaming events, running games at local conventions and getting together for other gaming revelry. Our goal is to foster the love of gaming and introduce others to games they are curious to try.
