Full time person for 130 units of scatter apartments in Green Bay. Must like people, be able to travel, have a valid license with auto insurance. This position would be responsible for apartment turns, common area maintenance, resident maintenance, light grounds, customer service and all preventative maintenance. Needs all your own hand tools. Share on call for every other week. We offer 15 days of PTO, employer pays full health benefits and if you participate in our wellness plan we will pay a portion of the deductible, 403b, plus much more! $23.50 an hour with an auto allowance of $200 a month.
