General Accountabilities • Inspects HVAC systems. • Performs regularly scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems. • Installs HVAC systems. • Diagnoses and correct problems in HVAC systems. • Tests electrical circuits and components for continuity. • Tests pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks. • Joins pipes or tubing to equipment and to fuel, water, or refrigerant source. • Reassembles and tests equipment following repairs. • Repairs or replaces defective equipment, components, or wiring. • Obtains and maintains required certifications. • Installs, connects, and adjust thermostats, humidifiers and timers. • Complies with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area. • Inspects and tests HVAC systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions. • *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications • Education: Completion of HVAC or HVAC training or apprenticeship program • Experience: Appropriate certifications and/or licensure with 1-2 years of related experience • EPA Certificate Positions Available are the following : •HVAC installers: heat pump, HVAC rooftop Unit, central air conditioner & high efficiency furnace, ductless system (residential & commercial) • HVAC technicians: air conditioner repair, furnace repair, troubleshooting & diagnosis of any HVAC problem (residential-commercial) • HVAC duct cleaners: air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, exhaust cleaning. • Helpers are encourage to apply!!! we will train those who are willing to learn!!!
