Small management company is looking for maintenance tech with experience in apartment community maintenance. Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, insurance and good driving record. We have homes and apartments on the south side of the Milwaukee. On call is shared with 3 individuals with a rotating schedule. Must enjoy people, have good work ethic, pay attention to detail. Needs to have experience in plumbing, carpentry, general maintenance, apartment/home turnover and much more. Properties are scattered sites and you must be self motivated. $21-23 based on experience, employer pays 85% of health insurance and has a wellness plan that if you participate we will pay half the deductible (some restrictions).
